【 Recipe 】① Spread out the chicken thigh and coat both sides with salt and pepper, flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
② Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it to about 170°C (340°F), and fry until the coating turns golden brown.
③ Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
④ Dip the chicken cutlet in the sauce, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
⑤ Serve shredded cabbage and chicken cutlet on top of a mountain of rice, drizzle with sauce, and it’s ready to enjoy! 😋
