■Instructions
1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, and store the egg whites in the refrigerator while adding the yolks to the yogurt and mix.
2. Add 20g of granulated sugar and the plain flour and mix.
3. Lightly whisk the egg whites, add 40g of granulated sugar, and beat with a hand mixer on high speed for 30 seconds, then on low speed for 1 minute.
4. Mix ② and ③ until fluffy.
5. Pour into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 60 minutes.
6. Make the sauce. Place all the ingredients in a heat-resistant bowl and microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 600W, then let cool.
7. Remove the baked cake from the mold and it’s ready.
