Water 1 liter

Sugar 1 and 1/3 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Chili oil 1/2 teaspoon
White sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Lettuce as desired
Tomato as desired
(Wakame Soup)
Shabu-shabu broth remaining amount
Soy sauce Just under 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
White sesame seeds as needed
Wakame seaweed as needed
Long green onion the core part of shredded white leek
Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
・For shredded white leek, if the smell is not bothersome, you can add it without salting.
・If you like it spicy, please add more chili oil.
・ Adjust the saltiness of the wakame soup according to the amount of broth. Also, the soup makes about 1 liter, so if you feel that it’s too much, please adjust the amount of liquid.
