[Snapper rice bowl with pickled sea bream]
Half a sea bream
Dashi soy sauce to taste
Shiso leaves, to taste
A pinch of ground sesame seeds
1. cut the sea bream into three pieces and remove the skin. Grind the sashimi thickly.
2. cut the shiso leaves into strips and combine with a dashi-soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Lightly marinate 1 in 2 and place on a bowl of rice.
*Do not soak too much. Serve immediately after adding.
