■Ingredients (2 serves)
・1 oil-free canned tuna
・250 g lotus root
(A)1 tbsp miso
(A)1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
(A)1/2 tsp soy sauce
(A)Coarsly ground black pepper to taste
・Some green chopped onions
・Some roasted white sesame seeds
■Instruction
1.Peel the lotus root and cut it into half-moon slices about 5mm wide. Rinse quickly in water and drain excess moisture. Place the slices in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.
2.Add canned tuna in water (without oil) and (A) to the bowl with the microwaved lotus root. Mix well.
3.Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle white sesame seeds to complete!
