Hello, I’m Yukari, a cooking researcher.
Today I’ll be introducing how to make “Yogurt miso pickled vegetables, a style similar to rice bran pickles.” It’s easier than rice bran pickles, just soak them in a plastic bag! By using yogurt and miso, you can enjoy a flavor similar to rice bran pickles. Fermented foods are also great for intestinal health◎ It’s a convenient pickle recipe that can be made in advance! It’s so delicious, so please give it a try.
