🥢 Grilled Pork & Scallion Bowl
Smoky, savory, and irresistibly juicy — this grilled pork & scallion bowl is quick, flavorful, and perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
🍴 Ingredients
For the Pork & Scallions:
400g thinly sliced pork (belly or shoulder works well)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp neutral oil (vegetable or canola)
4–5 scallions (green onions), cut into 5cm pieces
2 tsp sesame oil
For Serving:
Steamed white rice
1–2 tsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
🥣 Instructions
Cook the Pork
Heat neutral oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add thinly sliced pork, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
Add the Scallions
Add scallions and drizzle in sesame oil.
Stir-fry until the scallions are slightly charred and tender.
Assemble the Bowl
Place a generous serving of steamed rice into bowls.
Top with the grilled pork and scallions.
Finish & Serve
Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
