35 g egg whites (1 medium size)
45g sugar
90g coconut fine
[Prep]
Preheat the oven to 150°C before starting to shape the dough.
How to make it.
(1) Break up the egg whites with a whipper to make them silky smooth.
There is no need to whisk.
(2) Add granulated sugar and mix into the egg white mixture.
(3)Add the coconut fines and mix as if it were a rubber spatula. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
(4) Break up the cooled dough with a rubber spatula and form it. Wet a tablespoon of the dough with water and fill it with water. (If you push the dough too far, it will not pass through the fire.
(5) Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C for 45 to 50 minutes. Check the color of the baking pan and reverse the baking process.
