Soak the gelatin in plenty of ice water beforehand.
How to make it.
(1) Place all ingredients except gelatin in a saucepan and bring to a boil over heat. Bring to a boil and let it boil for about 1 minute to release the alcohol.
(2) Drain the water from the gelatin and dissolve it thoroughly in the gelatin. Cool the jelly liquid under ice water until it thickens a little.
(3)Pour the jelly liquid into a glass. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
You can adjust the ratio of plum wine and water to your liking as long as the amount of water in the mixture remains the same.
