(Materials) * For 6 80ml cups
150g water
3g Powder agar
45gGranulated sugar
350g milk
① Put water and agar in a pot and bring to a boil.
② Add the granulated sugar and dissolve.
③ Add milk, warm up a little, then turn off the fire.
④ Filter. Put in a cup while hot, refrigerate and cool.
