油|小さじ1
塩|1g
水|適宜

①鍋を温め油をひく
②野菜を入れて塩をふり軽く混ぜる
③フタをして弱火で野菜が柔らかくなるまで蒸す
④カップ麺に記載の水を入れて沸騰させる
⑤4のお湯でカップ麺を作り野菜を盛り付ける

ポイント!
袋麺でもok!野菜はお好きなもので!和風ならごま油、洋風ならオリーブオイルがおすすめ!
