今週は、アニメ「銀の匙」の豚丼に挑戦しました。
豚丼のレシピは、クックパッドより栄養士のれしぴさんの「黄金の豚丼」レシピを参考に作りました。
ただし豚肉の部位は、豚バラ/ロースではなくアニメの通り、ヒレ肉を使用してます。
This week’s challenge is the pork bowl from Silver Spoon.
The recipe I used was from Cookpad but I changed the meat from pork belly to tenderloin, just like in the anime episode.
タレのレシピ Sauce recipe
醤油/soy sauce 大さじ2/2tbs
酒/cooking sake 大さじ2/2tbs
ざらめ/sugar 大さじ2/2tbs
みりん/rice wine 大さじ1/1tbs
にんにく/garlic. 少々/a little
しょうが/ginger 少々/a little
