1&period; 野菜はすべて一口大の乱切り<br &sol;>&NewLine; 2&period; お肉は10mm厚で一口大のブロック状に切る<br &sol;>&NewLine; 3&period; お肉に下味つけて溶き卵を入れて混ぜて15分くらい寝かせます<br &sol;>&NewLine; 4&period; 15分寝かせたお肉に片栗粉を一つまみ入れて混ぜます<br &sol;>&NewLine; 5&period; お肉に溶き卵1個分を混ぜこみます、しばらく置いて最後に片栗粉をまぶす<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&lbrack;合わせ調味料&rsqb; <br &sol;>&NewLine; 6&period; 合わせ調味料の材料を全て混ぜ合わせます。 ※簡単です<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&lbrack;調理&rsqb;<br &sol;>&NewLine; 7&period; 多めの油で豚肉をゆっくり揚げて、ザルに上げる(火を通しすぎない)<br &sol;>&NewLine; 8&period; 豚肉をお玉で軽く叩く!<br &sol;>&NewLine; 9&period; 強火にしてお肉よりも高温で野菜に6秒位火を通し、<br &sol;>&NewLine;  肉を入れ5秒くらいで豚肉&野菜をザルにあげる<br &sol;>&NewLine; 9&period;油大さじ1フライパンに入れ、合わせ調味料を入れ煮立てる<br &sol;>&NewLine;
