100g water kimchi
2 chicken chunks
(A)1/4 teaspoon sugar
(A) 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sesame oil
(B) 1 cup watery kimchi marinade (chilled)
(B)1 tablespoon vinegar
(B)1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 balls of noodles of your choice (konjac noodles, vermicelli, Chinese noodles, etc.)
Sudachi (citrus fruit) and sprouts, as needed
■How to make
【1】Rub (A) sugar into the white meat, and then rub in salt.
【2】Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot, add sesame oil and the white meat, along with the seasonings.
Immediately turn off the heat.
Cover with a lid, remove from heat and let stand for 6 minutes.
Reserve 1 cup of the boiling water and let it cool.
【3】Cut the water kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Mix (B) with 1 cup of boiled water and make a soup.
【4】Place the noodles in a bowl and top with the kimchi, white meat, sprouts and sudachi.
