【Preparation】
・Line a muffin tin with glassine cups.
・Mix the cake flour, baking powder, and matcha powder.
・Before starting to make the batter, preheat the oven to 170°C.
・If using raw walnuts, baked them at 170°C for about 10 minutes before using.
【How to make】
①Cut the walnuts into 1/4 pieces.
② Soften butter with a whipper, add sugar, and whip until light and white.
③Add the almond powder and mix.
④Add the eggs, a little at a time, in three parts.
※If the eggs are cold or added all at once, they will separate.
⑤ Add milk little by little and mix.
⑥Sift in the flour mixture at once and mix with a rubber spatula.
⑦When the flour disappears, mix thoroughly until the whole mixture becomes glossy.
⑧Add the chopped walnuts and mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and piping into the molds. Place the chocolate and walnuts on top.
⑨Bake at 170℃ for about 25 minutes, flipping the cake halfway through to check the color.
After baking, remove from the mold and let cool.
It is recommended to eat them after they are well cooled^^
