Today, I will show you how to make Yasai Itame, Japanese stir fry vegetables. This is a healthy dish since most of the ingredients are veggies. It’s also pretty quick and easy to make which is great for any busy weekdays. Just like with any stir fry dish, yasai itame tastes the best when cooked in a wok. But you can also use regular pan like what I am demonstrating in this video. Your yasai itame will still be delicious. Use gluten free soy sauce instead of regular soy sauce if you have gluten allergy

1/2 cup of sliced carrot
1 cup of string beans/snap peas/green pepper
