〈Ingredients〉
・300g soft(silken) tofu
・150g coconut cream
・4tbs beet-sugar
・50ml-80ml coffee(strong)
・some cacao powder
・some chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs
・1tsp vanilla oil
・Vegan cookies (we used our original “Maple cookies” in this movie)
〈Instructions〉
1. Drain soft tofu for about 30 minutes. ※Use “Coconut cream”. Or refrigerate “Coconut milk” over night, and use only the part of “cream”.
2. Mix tofu, coconut cream, sugar and vanilla oil well together with a food processor.
3. Soak cookies with coffee. (Coffee amount depends on the quantity of the cookies you use.)
4. Spread the soaked cookies on the plate.
5. Pile up tofu cream, chopped chocolate( or cacao nibs), cookies and tofu cream.
6. Sprinkle chopped chocolate(or cacao nibs) and cacao powder at last.
7. Refrigerate it for more than 1 hour.
