■How to make
【1】Remove the stones from the shimeji mushrooms and break them apart by hand.
Cut daikon into 5mm thick chunks, carrot into 3mm thick half-moon slices.
Cut leek into thin diagonal slices, cut ginger into thin strips.
Cut gobo into thin strips. Cut the pork into 5cm pieces.
【2】Heat sesame oil and ginger in a pan over medium heat.
