【Ingredients】 For 6 muffin tins (Diameter 6cm)
150g cream cheese
50g sour cream
15g unsalted butter
45g sugar
4g corn starch
2 egg yolks
※2 egg yolks → 1 egg can be used
5g lemon juice
6 cookies
【Preparation】
・Bring the cream and butter to room temperature.
・Mix together the sugar and corn starch.
【How to make】
①Prepare the molds. Place the cookies in the baking cups and spread them in the muffin tin.
※If you put the baking cups first, the cookies will not fit.
②Make the batter. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together to make a smooth mixture. Add the butter and mix until mixed.
③Add the sugar and corn starch together and mix from the center. Add the egg yolks and the lemon juice.
④Change to a piping bag and pour into a mold. Put them in a large bat and fill with hot water until they are 1cm high and bake in a hot water bath.
Bake at 150℃ for 25 minutes.
⑤Do not take out immediately after baking. To prevent shrinkage
⑥Remove from the oven and let cool slowly in the hot water bath. Once cooled to a certain degree, place in the refrigerator to cool.
