■Ingredients (for one 15cm round mold)

-150g cream cheese (let it come to room temperature)
-150g yogurt, drained

-1/2 cup heavy cream
-2 tablespoons each of flour and cocoa powder

■How to make
【1】Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, knead the cream cheese until it becomes creamy.
Add sugar and mix.
【2】Add the drained yogurt, beaten egg, and cream, mixing each time.
When the mixture is smooth, sift in the flour and cocoa.
Use a rubber spatula to scoop the mixture from the bottom.
【3】Pour the mixture into the mold, smooth the surface, and drop the mold several times from a height of about 5 cm.
Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
【4】Leave the molds to cool, and when they are out of the heat, cool them in the refrigerator before removing them from the molds.
【5】Place the cream and sugar in a bowl and pour the mixture over a bowl of ice water.
Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture becomes stiff.
Add the drained yogurt and mix further.
Pour the cream over the top of the cake and decorate with strawberries.
①Sift the dry ingredients: rice flour, almond flour, starch, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder and salt, into a bowl and mix together.
②Emulsify coconut oil and maple syrup together in a different bowl. And add vanilla essence.
③Mix ① and ②.
④Roll the dough to 5mm thick.
⑤Cut your desired shapes with your favorite cookie cutters.
⑥Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160℃.
