① じゃがいも、にんじん、たまねぎ、なすを一口大に切ります。
② じゃがいもとにんじんは600wの電子レンジで5分加熱します。
③ にんにくを薄くスライスします。
④ 野菜を全て耐熱容器に入れ、オリーブオイルをからめます。
⑤ ハーブソルト、岩塩、黒胡椒を入れ味付けをします。
⑥ ミニトマトを並べ、200℃に予熱したオーブンで30分焼いたら出来上がり!
