地元茅ヶ崎の鮮度の高い魚や野菜を中心に使い、ハワイ生まれのポキと、日本の丼を、カリフォルニア風に融合した新感覚のフュージョン料理「ポキボウル」。ポキボウルを食べた後にスイーツとして食べる、レインボーケーキを今回は作っていただきました。
