◆Ingredients (4pax)
• 200g ground pork
• 1 cucumber
• 1 bag sprout
• 1/2 carrot
• 4 packs ramen noodle
• Sesame oil, salt, toasted sesame as needed
• 1 pack Korean seaweed (or shredded seaweed)
• 4 hot spring egg/soft boiled egg
• Dai Aso Hot & Spicy Tsuyu as needed
• Dai Aso Yakiniku Sauce as needed
◆Preparation
1. Cut the carrot into thin strips, and microwave it for 1 and a half to 2 mins. Also microwave the sprout for 1 min and let them cool down a little bit.
2. Cut the cucumber into thin strips. Toss the carrot, sprout and cucumber with sesame oil, salt and toasted sesame.
3. Put salad oil onto the pan, stir-fry pork and flavor it with Yakiniku Sauce after it’s cooked. Stir-fry until the sauce is evaporated and cool it down briefly.
4. Boil the ramen noodle and rinse in cold/ice-cold water for firm texture.
5. Arrange the noodle, vegetables, meat, egg and seaweed in a bowl. Pour the Hot & Spicy Tsuyu as you like.
