 50 ml (1.7 oz) bonito kombu dashi<br />
 1 tbsp soy sauce<br />
 1 tbsp sake<br />
 2 tbsp mirin</p>
<p>Chicken cutlets(for 4 servings)<br />
 2 chicken thigh<br />
