I love it too and eat it often.
You can easily make it at home, so please try it.
In Japan, there is a vessel called donburi.
If you put rice in it and put ingredients on it, it becomes a don.
If you put tuna on it, tuna don,
If you put salmon on it, it’s called salmon don.
The cow is called (gyu), so it becomes gyudon.
If there is something you want to eat in Japan, add “don” and it will surely get through.
easy recipe
① Cut the onion.
② Add the following to a frying pan or pot.
Dashi or water: 1 cup
Sake: 2 tablespoons
Mirin: 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 4 tablespoons
(adjust the taste to your liking)
③ Put onions in a frying pan and simmer until soft.
④ Add shredded ginger to your liking.
⑤ Add beef and heat through.
⑥ Put rice on the bowl and serve.
