くるくるときゅうりを回しながら、皮を桂むきしていきます。
一見難しそうに見えますが、包丁ではなくきゅうりをくるくる回していくことがポイントです🙆♀️
ギザギザに切れ込みを入れていきます。
切り離すと、2つのバランの完成です✨
小ぶりで細かい作業にもピッタリなペティナイフを使うのがオススメです。
