【Ingredients】(Serves 1)
80 g spaghetti
1/2 avocado
2 okra
3 asparagus stalks
snow peas
cucumber
daikon (giant white radish) sprouts
1 fig
1 Tbsp olive oil
grated garlic
chili pepper
salt & pepper
【Directions】
1. Cut the asparagus into 3 pieces, cut the okra in half diagonally, and
thinly slice the okra. Thinly slice and blanch the cucumber. Cut the fig
into 4 pieces.
2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and boil the spaghetti for
9 minutes.
3. When there is 1 minute remaining for the spaghetti to boil, add the
asparagus, okra, and snow peas.
4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil, add the garlic and chili pepper and
cook until fragrant.
5. Add some pasta cooking water, and season with salt & pepper.
6. Serve the spaghetti in a serving dish, add top with the avocado,
cucumber, asparagus, okra, daikon sprouts, and fig.
