★Materials★
Komatsuna…1 bag (200g)
♥Sesame oil…2 tablespoons
♥Wasabi…1 tablespoon
♥Grated garlic…1 tablespoon
♥Salt…a little
♥White roasted sesame seeds…1 tablespoon
☆ how to make ☆
①Cut off a little of the root of the komatsuna, cut into bite-sized pieces, and wash thoroughly.
②Put the komatsuna from ① into a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
③Put the ♥ seasonings in a bowl and mix them together. Drain the water from the heated Komatsuna and add to the mixture. Mix well and it’s done.
★材料★
小松菜…1袋(200g)
♥胡麻油…大さじ2
♥わさび…大さじ1
♥おろしニンニク…大さじ1
♥塩…少々
♥白炒りゴマ…大さじ1
☆作り方☆
①小松菜の根元を少し切り落とし食べやすい大きさにカットして綺麗に水洗いします。
②耐熱ボウルに①の小松菜を入れてラップをかけて、電子レンジ600Wで3分加熱します。
③ボウルに♥の調味料を入れて混ぜ合わせて、その中に加熱した小松菜の水気をよく切り絞ってから加え混ぜ合わせ出来上がりです。
