Servings: 1</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
1 egg<br />
A<br />
1 cup water<br />
1 tablespoon oyster sauce<br />
2 teaspoons potato starch<br />
1 teaspoon sugar<br />
1/3 teaspoon chicken stock powder<br />
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil<br />
1 bowl steamed rice</p>
<p>PREPARATION<br />
1. Cook all of the ingredients A in a pot on low heat. Cook and stir until thickened.<br />
2. Beat the egg in a bowl. Turn up the heat (1) to medium and pour the egg into the<br />
pan. When the egg is getting set, turn off the heat.<br />
3. Put the rice (warm) on a bowl. Add (2) on top. Add the sesame oil.<br />
4. Enjoy!</p>
