<p>Chicken Skin Gyoza with Plenty of Cabbage<br />
Makes 4 gyoza</p>
<p>INGREDIENTS<br />
4 pieces chicken skin<br />
150g cabbage, finely chopped<br />
ãAã<br />
 100g ground pork<br />
 1 teaspoon soy sauce<br />
 1 teaspoon sake<br />
 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil<br />
 Pinch of salt<br />
1 teaspoon sesame oil<br />
1 teaspoon sake</p>
<p>PREPARATION<br />
1. Mix the finely chopped cabbage with the ingredients marked ãAã.<br />
2. Place the cabbage mixture onto each piece of chicken skin and wrap them up to form 4 gyoza.<br />
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped gyoza into the pan with the seam side down. Cook until browned, then flip them over. Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.<br />
4. Remove the lid and continue to cook until the gyoza are crispy all over.<br />
