<p>1. Marinate the beef<br />
In a bowl, combine beef slices with sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger paste. Mix well and let marinate for at least 1 hour.</p>
<p>2. Prepare the broth<br />
In a pot, bring water, sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt, dashi powder, and sugar to a gentle boil. Once combined, remove from heat and set aside.</p>
<p>3. Cook the beef<br />
In a frying pan, cook the marinated beef over medium heat until tender and cooked through. Set aside.</p>
