●Gimbap
【Ingredients】(Serves 1)
50g slices of beef
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/3 carrot
salt
sesame oil
50g spinach
1 sheet nori
150g cooked rice
sesame seeds
thinly shredded red pepper
【Directions】
1. In a frying pan, cook the beef, and add the sugar and soy sauce.
2. Cut the carrot into thin strips, boil in salted water, drain, and toss in sesame oil.
3. Boil the spinach in salted water, drain, and toss in sesame oil.
4. Cover a makisu (bamboo sushi mat) with plastic wrap, add nori, then brush on sesame oil, and sprinkle with salt.
5. Turn 4 over, spread the rice evenly over the nori, add 3, 2, and 1, roll it up, then cut it into 2cm pieces.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and add thinly shredded red pepper.
