① 卵、砂糖、油、ヨーグルトの順に混ぜる。
② 薄力粉、ココア、ベーキングパウダーをふるい入れる。
③ 刻んだチョコレートを加える。
④ 型紙をひいたマフィン型に生地を入れる。170℃で10分焼く。
⑤ 途中でココアビスケットを半分に割ったものを3つずつトッピングして、170℃で20分程度焼く。
⑥ 焼き上がりにショックを与え、冷めたら型から外す
⑦ 好みでクリームチーズ、ココア、チェリーを飾る。
Material for 6 muffins
2 whole eggs
Granulated sugar 100g
50 g vegetable oi
lYogurt 100g
Baking powder 5g
Soft flour 110g
Cocoa 20g
Chocolate (sweet) 50g-Amount of your choice
① Mix eggs, sugar, oil and yogurt in that order.
② Sift the soft flour, cocoa and baking powder.
③ Add chopped chocolate.
④ Put the dough in a muffin-shaped pattern with a pattern. Bake at 170℃ for 10 minutes.
⑤ On the way, cocoa biscuits divided in half are topped with 3 pieces each and baked at 170°C for 20 minutes.
⑥ Give a shock to the baking and remove it from the mold when it cools
⑦ Decorate with cream cheese, cocoa and cherry as you like.
*Toppings will be made on the same day as you eat.
*When storing, wrap it so that it will not dry.We recommend eating at room temperature until the next day, and if frozen at about 10 days.
