1. Combine the miso, honey, garlic, and ginger.
2. Heat oil (not listed) in a frying pan, and sear the outside of the pork.
3. Put 2 into a microwave-safe bowl, spread 1 all over the pork, leave uncovered and microwave (600w) for 9 minutes.
4. Remove from the microwave, turn over the pork, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 20 minutes.
5. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and spoon on the remaining sauce.
