【Preparation】
・Soften the gelatin.
・Slice the ginger and set aside.
【How to make】
①Make soybean flour. Mix 1/3 of the soy milk with the sugar and heat to about 50℃.
※Pour into a separate container and add the remaining soy milk.
②Drain off the water from the softened gelatin and add it to ① to melt.
③Place in an ice bath to cool. When cooled to a certain degree, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
④Make the syrup. Add water and ginger slices to a pot and bring to a boil.
⑤Add cane sugar and bring to a boil again.
※When the heat is off, put the syrup in the refrigerator.
⑥Prepare the ingredients for the topping.
Peaches → Remove the seeds, peel and cut into pieces.
Mango → Cut the fruit along the seeds and peel it. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
⑦Place the hardened bean curd in a glass. Top with your favorite ingredients and syrup.

* Mix ★ first (evenly entangle the ingredients in the egg), then add the seasoning and mix.
* You can use less salad oil if you like. However, you have to fry it to turn it over with a spoon like in the video. Use a spatula when baking with less oil.
* This is based on the Thai omelet. For Thai omelets, add egg liquid to more oil (about 1 cm in a frying pan) and fry. This is very delicious! However, in my video, the frying pan is small and dangerous to turn over, the eggs are sucking a lot of oil! I rejected it because of that. But it’s very delicious, so if you are interested, please try it! (´ ・ ω ・ `) ノ
