It’s easy to make Ramen! (^^)!
This time, I made “Taiwan Ramen”, a local ramen in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Although it has “Taiwan” in its name, it originated in Nagoya and is called “Nagoya Ramen” in Taiwan. The Ramen, which is said to have originated from Taiwanese restaurant 【Misen】, is now be able to eat all over the country in Japan. The spicy taste of capsicum, the firm garlic, and plenty of minced meat are addictive and super tasty.(‘ω ` *) By all means, please make it!!

It’s raining and I can’t work in the fields.
It is better not to enter the field on rainy days as it will knead the soil.
I went to see just a little bit.
The green eggplant was about to be eaten, so fry it with paprika.
I made a blue eggplant bowl.
Finally, sprinkle the fruit,
The blue eggplant’s tortoise and the crispness of paprika
It was the best.

A housewife in her 40s, a mother of two children.
While doing part three times a week at the organic supermarket,
I stand in the field every day.
Introducing simple and delicious recipes with seasonal ingredients that can be taken in the field,
Introducing the state of making vegetables.
