① Put Chungjan in the oil
② Stir for about 3 minutes and turn off the heat when bubbles start to burst
③ Drain the oil
④ Grab a leek with the oil of ③ and fry
⑤ Add pork belly and fry
⑥ Put onion and long onion in 3 steps
⑦ Add the seasoning ★ after adding vegetables for the first time
⑧ After adding the last vegetables, add 2 to 3 tbsp.
(Please adjust the amount of Chungjan while watching the taste)
⑨ Add 200 ml of water and stir-fry while melting Chungjang
10 Dissolve starch starch in water and add (☆)
11 Boil the noodles and drain the water
Serve 12 noodles and sprinkle with 10 jacquard sauces
13 Complete with toppings and green onions
