<Ingredients>
Ground beef 1Lb
Onion medium size 1
Garlic 3~4 clove
Carrot medium size 1
Your choice of cheese on top
Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp
Tacos seasning 3 Tbs or more
Flower tortilla 16 or more
*It’s also delicious if you top it up with vegetables that are commonly used in tacos.
〜Refried beans〜
Dry pinto beans 1 Cup
Water or chicken stock 2〜3 Cups Boil the beans softly or It can be canned.
Broth of beans 1/3 Cups
peanut oil/avocado oil/olive oil(as you like) 1/3〜1/2 Cups
Granule consomme or bouillon 1Tbs
salt and pepper
Garlic as you like
