2.5g agar powder
50g granulated sugar
300ml water
pineapple
kiwi
blueberry
strawberry
◎Topping
100ml heavy cream
10g granulated sugar
mint leaves
[Instructions]
◎Panna Cotta
1. Soak gelatin in water.
2. In a small saucepan, add heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, heat until just before boiling.
3. Turn off the heat, add gelatin and stir until it dissolves completely. Strain the mixture.
4. Stir while cooling with ice water until thickened.
5. Evenly pour the mixture into 4 glasses, chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
◎Fruit Jelly
6. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
7. Whisk agar powder and granulated sugar together.
8. Put water in a saucepan, add agar powder little by little and mix well.
9. Set the pan over medium heat, and when it boils, reduce the heat to low for another minute to completely dissolve the agar.
10. Let cool until the mixture thickens. Pour it over the panna cotta.
11. Sink the fruit in the jelly before it sets. ※Agar liquid set at room temperature, so work quickly.
12. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
◎Topping
13. In a bowl, whisk heavy cream and granulated sugar together until soft peaks are formed.
14. Pipe the whipped cream on the jelly. Top with fresh mint.
