・鶏むね肉: 500g—500g chicken breast
・塩コショウ: 少々—salt & ground black pepper:
・薄力粉: 大さじ2—2tbsp flour
・卵: 1個—1 egg
・サラダオイル: 揚げ油として適宜—vegetable or sunflower oil for deep frying
ーTartar sauce
1.Put the egg into a small pan and add 1tsp salt. Pour the hot water and boil for about 12 mins over a medium heat. Cool it with running cold water and remove the shell. Break with a folk.
2.Add the mayonnaise, chopped pickled cornichons and onions, parsley. Season with the salt and pepper.
ーSweet sour sauce
3.Heat the all ingredients for the sauce in a small pan over low heat.
ーChicken and the batter
4.Cut the chicken in chunk sizes and season with the salt and pepper.
5.Beat the egg.
6.Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dust the chicken with flour and dip in the egg. Deep fry for about 3 minutes or until they are cooked and crisp. Dip in the sweet sour sauce. Serve with the tartar sauce.
