■Ingredients (3-4 servings)
1/2 onion
1 potato (150g)
1/4 carrot (50g)
1/2 celery stalk
2 slices of bacon
10 g butter
(1/2 can (200g) cut tomatoes)
1 can (130g) (A) can boiled scallion
1 bay leaf (A)
Crackers, salt, pepper, to taste
■Directions for preparation
【1】Cut onion and potato into 1.5cm cubes, carrot and celery into 1cm cubes, and bacon into 1cm pieces.
【2】Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat and saute onion and bacon.
When the onions soften, add the potatoes, carrots, and celery and saute briefly.
【3】Add (A) (with the juice of the canned scallions) and 300ml of water when the oil is well coated.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
