【Preparation】
・Once the chocolate is melted, preheat the oven to 170°C.
・Bring eggs and milk to room temperature.
【How to make】
①Prepare the mold. Spread a thin layer of softened butter (not included) with a brush, and put chocolate chips in the bottom.
②Put the chocolate, butter and canola oil in the same bowl and warm in a microwave oven for about 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600w. When melted, mix well with a whipper.
③Add sugar and mix, then add eggs, then milk, in that order, until the mixture is uniform.
④Mix flour, cacao powder, almond powder, and baking powder well and sift them in at once.
※If the temperature of the finished dough is low and it is too hard, it is recommended to place it in a hot water bath for a short time.
⑤Transfer the dough into a pipe bag, place the prepared mold on a baking sheet, and pour the dough into the bag. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
⑥When baked, remove from the baking sheet and allow to cool without removing from the mold. When the dough has cooled to a certain degree (about 10 minutes), unmold it. If you unmold immediately, the chocolate chips will stick to the mold.
☆The freshly baked cake will be crispy on the outside! The next day, it becomes moist like a gateau au chocolate.
