1.パイナップルを半分に切り、端部分を切り落として安定させる
Cut a pineapple in half, and cut off the edge a little bit.
2.果肉をくり抜いて食べやすい大きさに切る
Hollow out the pineapple and cut it into small pieces
3.鍋に水、砂糖を入れて弱火にかけ、ひと煮立ちしたら2を加え、水分が1/3くらいになるまで煮て粗熱をとる
Put water and sugar in the pod, bring to a boil and add these small pineapples.
Boil it until the liquid gets 1/3 and cool it down.
4.鍋に牛乳、グラニュー糖、ゼラチンを入れて弱火にかけ、グラニュー糖とゼラチンが溶けたら火を止める
Put milk, sugar, granulated sugar and gelatin and boil over low heat until granulated sugar and gelatin melt well.
5.ボウルに生クリーム、卵黄、バニラエッセンスを入れて混ぜ合わせる
Mix fresh cream, egg yolks and vanilla extract in an another bowl.
6.5に4を加えて混ぜ、こしきでこし、きちんと粗熱をとる
Add 4 into 5 and strain it with a strainer.
7.パイナップルの器に2の果肉を入れ、6を流し入れて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める
Spread cut pineapples all over in a pineapple bowl, pour 6 into it and coot it in the fridge until it gets a little harder.
8.食べる前にグラニュー糖を全体にまぶし、バーナーでブラウン色になるまであぶる
Put granulated sugar on the surface of the pudding and grill it until it gets slightly burned and brown with a gas-burner.
