■Ingredients (easy to make amount)
1/2 cucumber
1/4 paprika (red)
1/8 of purple onion
1 boiled egg
(A) Yogurt (plain) 5 tablespoons
(A) 1 teaspoon olive oil
(A) pinch of salt
(A) pinch of pepper
■How to make
【1】Cut cucumber and bell pepper into 1cm cubes, chop purple onion, and chop boiled egg.
【2】Rub cucumber with a pinch of salt and leave for 5 minutes.
【3】 In a bowl, mix together paprika, purple onion, boiled egg, cucumbers and (A).
Taste and adjust the salt.
