■レシピ
① キャベツを1口大に切り、水をはったボウルに浸しておく
② サラダ油をひいたフライパンに、包丁の腹で潰したニンニクを入れ、ごく弱火で香りを移す。
③ 別の鍋に水をはってお湯を沸かし、沸騰したら生麺「こはる」を2分茹でて軽くお湯を切る。
④ ②のフライパンに豚バラ肉をと1.のキャベツをいれ、その上に③の麺を乗せたら、その麺の上にマヨネーズをまんべんなくかけて蓋をし、 90秒中火で蒸す。
⑤フライパンの蓋をあけて火力を強火にし、付属の焼そばソースをフライパンのフチに回し入れる。
⑥火を止めてごま油を加え、よくかき混ぜから食器に盛りつける
⑦キムチと卵黄を添えて完成

💚How to make Okonomiyaki(Recipe)
⭐️Ingredients
* 2 or 3 bags Steamed Chinese-style noodles
* 150g(5.3oz) Pork(or any meat or seafood)
* (1Tbsp Cooking oil)
* 1/4 Cabbage
* 1/2 Onion
* 1/2 Carrot
* 1 Green pepper
* 1 Shiitake mushroom
* 1 bag Bean sprouts
* Salt & pepper As you like
🔸Yakisoba sauce
* 2Tbsp Cooking sake
* 1Tbsp Soy sauce
* 1Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1Tbsp Oyster sauce
* Salt & pepper As you like
🔸Garnish
* Aonori(dried green seaweed)
* Katsuobushi(dried bonito flakes)
* Japanese mayonnaise
* Benishoga(pickled red ginger)

⭐️Cooking sake substitutes
①white wine
②You can omit it.
