(作り方)
① パンにクリームを塗る。
② 断面がきれいになるように苺を並べる(動画参照)
③ クリームを塗る
↑これを3回繰り返す。
④ ラップして重しを乗せ、冷蔵庫で少し冷やす。
⑤ カットする。ナイフは温めなくてOK.1回使うごとにふきんなどでふき取り、きれいにして次のカットを行う
※食パンが乾燥しないようにラップして保管してください。作った当日中に頂くのがおいしくてお勧めです!

(Material) 12 pieces
・ Six pieces of bread (cut into 8 pieces)
・ About 20 strawberries
(Whipped cream)
200 ml fresh cream (42%)
14g granulated sugar
(Be prepared)
・ Wash strawberries, wipe off water and slice.
・ Pump the fresh cream and granulated sugar.
(How to make)
① Apply cream to the bread.
② Arrange the strawberries so that the cross section is clean (see video)
③ Apply cream↑ Repeat this 3 times.
④ Wrap, put a weight on it, and cool it down a little in the refrigerator.
⑤ Cut. You don’t need to warm the knife. After each use, wipe it off with a towel and clean it to make the next cut.
* Wrap the bread so that it does not dry and store it. It is delicious and recommended to have it on the day of making it!
