★作り方
①玉ねぎは皮を剥いて薄切りにする
② 卵を溶いておく
③フライパン(または鍋)に玉ねぎ、鶏肉,◉Aを加えて、中火で煮立てる。
④だし汁が沸騰してきたら卵2/3を回し入れる⑤蓋をして30~40秒ほど煮る(卵の状態を見ながら自分のお好みに合わせて時間調整してくださいね☝️)
⑥残りの卵を周囲に回し入れ,火を止める
⑦丼にご飯をよそい、⑥をのせる
★Ingredients (1 serving)
•Charcoal-grilled chicken pieces: 5-6
•Onion: A small amount
•Egg: 1
•Red pepper flakes (Ichimi Togarashi): To taste
•Cooked rice: 1 bowl
For Sauce (A)
•Concentrated tsuyu (4x): 1 tablespoon
•Water: 3 tablespoons
★Instructions
1.Peel and thinly slice the onion.
2.Beat the egg and set it aside.
3.In a frying pan (or pot), combine the sliced onion, chicken, and sauce (A). Bring to a boil over medium heat.
4.Once the broth is boiling, slowly pour in 2/3 of the beaten egg while stirring.
5.Cover and simmer for about 30-40 seconds, adjusting the cooking time to your liking as you monitor the egg’s condition. ☝️
6.Add the remaining egg around the edges, then turn off the heat.
7.Serve the rice in a bowl and top it with the mixture from step 6.
