The chewy noodles called Konjac men made with soba flour and wheat flour go very well with the hot soup.
The popular level of spice is middle levels, but you can order higher levels of spice.

20 ml (0.7 oz) soy-based sauce
20 g (0.7 oz) seasoned pork
20 g (0.7 oz) Chinese chives

some potato starch mixture
lots of cooked garlic
some sesame oil

75 ml (2.5 oz) soy sauce
25 ml (0.83 oz) light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Seasoned pork(for 4 servings)
80 g (2.7 oz) minced pork
1 pinch salt
1 tsp light soy sauce
Chicken bone soup(for 4 servings)
1 chicken bone
1400 ml (1.5 qt) water
Cooked garlic
lots of garlic
4 g (0.13 oz) beef tallow
